EPISODE 13: HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR
Lot of fear going around, uncertainty about what is to come, what actions to take, what NOT to do and where we will all ultimately move towards as a species.
Through all of these jumbled emotions it’s helpful to keep in mind that at its base, only 2 emotions exist: Love and Fear…
ALL other emotions stem from these two core emotions.
Anger, regret, blame, jealousy and the like… are all different spin-offs from fear.
Kindness, compassion, peace, trust, Gratitude and appreciations are all examples of emotions that stem from a frequency of love.
Now normally I would focus on the love and go more in depth about how to increase and improve in that direction of thought…
BUT, we’re not currently in ‘normal’ circumstances, are we?
So here are a few tips, tools and techniques you can use to overcome the fear you might be experiencing.
